At Padelcode, we believe that you should be able to test a racket before you buy it, so we are launching a new service.
How does it work?
You can chose any of the rackets available in the try and buy section. You will need to come into the shop and book it in. You will then be able to take a test racket with you, to try it out and then return it.
How long can I try it for?
You will have 4 days from the day you take it out, so be sure to book some games in advance to make the most out of it.
Does it cost anything?
The service fee of Try and Buy is $40, but if you chose to buy the racket that you have tested, it is FREE!
Do I need to leave a deposit?
Yes, you will need to pay for the full value of the racket, once you return it, if you don't keep it, the money will be refunded minus the service fee ($40)
What do I do if I loved it?
All you need to do is bring the test racket back, and we will give you a brand new one.
Can I try more than 1?
Absolutely, you can try as many as you like. Service fee will apply for each racket you take out. We recommend taking out 1 at a time to make the most of it, but you can take more than 1 at the same time.
How do I need to return it?
It is very important that you return it in the same condition as you took it out, so please, do not release your frustration or anger with the racket, as you will be charged the full value of the racket.
